IEEE Xplore is IEEE’s digital library. It delivers full text access to more than 3 million articles. More than 200,000 new articles
are added annually.

Access to the full text of articles requires a subscription, a purchase, or an IEEE society membership, in most cases. The access options are as follows.

Most IEEE society memberships include a personal subscription to the society’s core journal, magazine or newsletter. Many

IEEE articles may be purchased online, one at a time, using a credit card. Article purchase (download) prices are:

IEEE Members:	US$10- per article
All others:	US$30- per article
